It's been a while. Sorry.
I just completed my first week back to the "Let's Make A Mess" tour with Hey Monday after taking a two week break to fulfill my duties (Ha, duty. Funny word) as a camp counselor at a summer music in Salem, Oregon called Young Musicians and Artists.
Camp is always something special. All eight years I've been involved have been great. But this year was especially refreshing. If you want to read more on this year's specifics, go to my personal blog at:

But being back on the road has been great. I flew into Buffalo, NY on July 4th, and was greeted with an amazing display of fireworks from the plane's descent. It looked like a multi-colored war zone from above. In the coolest way!
The first show back at X-treme Wheelz in Buffalo, although not great crowd wise, was really fun. It felt good to have that on stage rush again.
I have yet to tour in the summer. And it's flippin' HOT! I've sweat less in high school basketball games. But I hope the rest of the tour is as awesome as its been in the last week. One thing that can always make me feel better if I'm tired, or sick, or depressed, is a great show.
