This album is so amazing that I started to write a review on it--then I realized that my writing was not worthy enough to be directed to such a beautiful piece of work. Seriously. If you want to read a real review then go to Pitchfork.

All I'm saying is that anyone who appreciates music should probably listen to this CD. My favorite tracks (thus far) are Baptism and.. everything else. As one of our Facebook fans put it, with this album "it's like they actually put forth some effort..." and I couldn't have said it better myself (hence why I quoted someone else). This is on a whole different level than their debut LP (also named Crystal Castles--how indie and mysterious of them). No longer are Crystal Castles just a crazy band to put on at parties; this album actually has musical merit.
