I just received an email from the lovely people at Club Impact (though the sender did not identify his or herself o.O), but they are holding an acoustic benefit show and barbecue at the Destiny Worldwide office in Kirkland on June 4th. That's this Friday!

From Impact:

"You may or may not know that we lost our funding last year and therefore we lost our old venue in Tacoma, WA. It was a major bummer to everyone, but we are looking at new potential spaces and gearing up to get Club Impact back on track and continue our streak of over 12 years in operation.

Club Impact has hosted well over 2,000 local and national acts including: The Devil Wears Prada, All Time Low, Emery, Acceptance, Underoath, Mxpx, Copeland, Aiden, A Static Lullaby, MeWithoutYou, As I Lay Dying, Amber Pacific, Daphne Loves Derby, Forgive Durden, Sherwood, and tons more!"

The show at is the Destiny Worldwide Records Office, located at 127 10th St. S. Suite 100, Kirkland, WA 98033. Tickets are $8.

So far, the line-up includes: Moneta, Sunderlyn, The Welcome Home, If Bears Were Bees, Remote Control, Justin Jay Hamilton, and Bridgeport. We'll let you know as more are added!
