Back in October 2009, I went to a show at the Marlboro Rec Center in Marlboro, New Jersey as the photographer for Jersey Shows (not to be confused with Jersey Shore... there weren't any guidos to be found.) I was originally there to shoot for my good friends Solfege Radio. My camera died right after there set. BUMMER. I found an outlet near the door and sat for the next few bands. I heard Matt of Danimal Records say that the last band was about to hit the stage and I should take some photos, so I unplugged my charger, put my battery back my Jorge, the Sony love of my life, and pushed my way upfront.

I was clearly blown away by these guys from Arkansas. The guys from School Boy Humor are no joke when they put on a show. My eyes lit up, not because they're all good looking guys, but because they had talent. They had "it". There chemistry was undeniable. They had such catchy lyrics, it was like I had heard these songs before in my dreams or my journal.

Anyways, so I contacted their management this week. Lucus filled me in on the current life of these up and coming pop-punkers. SBH currently has a song on Radio Disney (sounds corny, but I remember being an 13 year old saying that Barenaked Ladies was legit stuff!) and they're recording in LA. So, this week, plan on seeing an INTERVIEW by yours truly with none other than School Boy Humor.
